Important Notice - Piazza Lift Upgrade

To enhance our customers' shopping experience, the Piazza Lift will undergo essential mechanical upgrades.

Works will commence April 28, and while it is still too early to confirm exact timings, we expect the upgrades to be complete after 4 weeks. 

During this period:

• The Piazza travelators will remain operational for convenient access.

• The stairwell to the carpark under the Piazza will be open overnight for Gym access.

• Signage will be in place to assist with alternative routes.

• All other car parks remain open, with easy, one-level access to the centre.

Hyperdome Shopping Centre is a single-level centre with ample parking, most of which provides convenient same-level access (excluding two underground car parks).

For easy, lift-free access to the Piazza, we recommend parking in the car park located behind Event Cinemas. Please refer to the map below for guidance.
