Here at Hyperdome, we love our Customer Service team!

The customer service desk is located outside next to Suncorp Bank. At this desk customers can get assistance with the following things:

• Hearing important customer feedback
• Helping to locate lost property
• Purchase a gift card
• Mobility scooter and wheelchair hires
• Helping find specific stores in center

They are always happy to help and are a vital part of our team. The customer service desk also serves as a Tourist Information Centre, so you can learn more about the suburb and surrounds. 

While in center, if you are in need of any help, you can find our Customer Service desk outside the entrance near Suncorp Bank.

To get there:

• While in center, follow signage to TK Maxx and Toymate.
• While facing Jamaica blue, head towards the outside doors. You will pass the Reject Shop and then Spotlight
• Keep heading outside the doors, and the entrance to Customer Service will be on your right.
