Once purchased, the Bundle of Fun pass is to be collected from Customer Service (next to Suncorp Bank).

Refunds are facilitated online only by the customer through Eventbrite. Refunds are only available for unused Bundle of Fun passes. Any passes that have been partially used cannot be refunded.
