We wish to advise that individual/s who recently visited stores within Hyperdome Shopping Centre have now been confirmed to have COVID-19. As a result, COVID-19 exposure sites have been identified at the Centre.

Changes to Hyperdome in accordance with Queensland Government mandates – 8 December 2021
From Friday 17 December, you’ll see a few changes at Hyperdome as restrictions are eased across Queensland.
In line with Queensland Government advice, from Friday 17 December, the following businesses will only be accessible to vaccinated adults aged 16 or older, or those with a medical exemption:
Our food court will remain open to all customers, regardless of their vaccination status. We have posted QR code signage throughout the food court, so please make sure you check in using the Check In QLD app.

Changes to Hyperdome in accordance with Queensland Government mandates – 8 October 2021
In response to the evolving COVID situation, the Queensland Government has confirmed that it continues to be mandatory to wear a mask in all indoor settings (unless seated), or where social distancing isn’t possible.
This means that anyone visiting Hyperdome will be required to wear a mask when they are not seated, unless one of the following exemptions applies:
We ask that our community remains respectful to others as reasons for not wearing a mask are not always obvious.

The Queensland Government has announced the further easing of restrictions in South East Queensland from 4pm Friday 27 August. However, the Government has confirmed that masks are still required to be worn in all indoor settings. This includes during your visit to Hyperdome, or where social distancing isn’t possible.
This means that anyone visiting Hyperdome will be required to wear a mask at all times, unless one of the following exemptions applies:

The Queensland Government has announced that the mandated lockdown of south-east Queensland will end at 4pm Sunday 8 August. While those businesses that were required to close during this lockdown will reopen, some restrictions will remain in place until 4pm Sunday 22 August, including:

Community Health and Safety Notice | 5 August 2021
QLD Health has advised us that person/s who visited the Centre on Saturday 31 July are now confirmed to have COVID-19. As a result, COVID-19 exposure sites have been identified at the Centre.
Saturday 31 July
QLD Health have classified these exposures sites as casual contact sites, meaning that anyone who visited these stores during this time should get tested and self-isolate until they receive a negative result.
In response to advice from QLD Health, these retailers have responded swiftly to this notification, advising staff working during these times to self-isolate and get tested and undertaking additional cleaning within their tenancies.
Centre Management and the identified retailers are working with QLD Health to identify who may have been in recent contact with the individual/s who tested positive, and we understand they will be making direct contact with those identified.
