How to connect:

1. Ensure you have enabled Wi-Fi on your device
2. Select the available network profile 'Hyperdome Public Free Wi-Fi'
3. Enjoy reliable and free internet access.

Connecting to Wi-Fi by Email

1. Go to Settings
2. Turn Wi-Fi On
3. Choose network *Hyperdome Public Free Wi-Fi
4. Select Get Online
5. Select Login with your email and continue
6. Enter your email address
7. Accept terms of use
8. Select Login - you will be prompted to go to your emails to verify the email address provided
9. Go to your email, open email from Encapto, in the email Select Continue
10. You will land at the Hyperdome Shopping Centre homepage

Connecting to Wi-Fi through Facebook

1. Go to Settings
2. Turn Wi-Fi On
3. Choose network *Hyperdome Public Free Wi-Fi
4. Select Get Online
5. Select Login with Facebook and continue
6. Accept terms of use
7. Select Login
8. Enter you Facebook Login Details (email and password)
9. You will land at the Hyperdome Shopping Centre homepage

1. How much data do I get when connecting via email? 
   Connecting to the Wi-Fi via email will give you 150MB of data.
2. How can I verify my email address? 
   Temporary Wi-Fi access will allow you to open your emails and verify the address.
3. How much data do I get when connecting via Facebook? 
   Connecting to the Wi-Fi via Facebook will give you 600MB of data.

Now you can browse the internet without running up your phone bill.

Troubleshooting 

If you are having trouble connecting to the Wi-Fi but you have used it before there is a good chance you used it before the overall set-up was complete.

The best way to test the Wi-Fi is to disconnect from the network completely then reconnect.

How to disconnect

1. Go to Settings
2. Turn Wi-Fi On
3. Select network 
4. Select Forget this Network
5. Select Forget Wi-Fi Network *Hyperdome Public Free Wi-Fi, confirm Forget
6. Select arrow back to Wi-Fi options

Now you can choose the correct network or reconnect.
